Anglia Youth Forum Representative

• The Forum will consist of at least one member from each County of the Anglia region.
• These members will be between the age of 14 and 26.
• The Forum will meet once every few months in a central location.
• Meetings will involve discussing guiding matters, organising events and anything else we feel relevant.
• Members must be willing to contribute and help where ever possible.
• Members must be confident enough to talk in front of groups and present ideas.
• This position would be ideal for those interested in politics and/or Guiding Development.
• Meetings will alternate between weekends and evening so that every member has a chance to attend.
• A lot of contact/correspondence will be via e-mail, so e-mail access is essential.

The Youth Forum will be very similar to the old Junior Council, if that gives any ideas of what the Youth Forum is about.
Training in all areas can be provided if necessary. This Role Description is not intended to be exhaustive, the Forum is designed to evolve and the Role is therefore likely to change over time.
